Fuel Efficient Fiat – Reentering The US Market
Automobile manufacturer Fiat left USA more than 25 years ago with a very bad reputation. Times were different then and people had different expectations from their automobiles. Today, conditions are ripe for reentry of Fiat in the American automobile market. If there is one thing that irritates the American car driver, it is the high price of fuel in the country. This is a sad fact of life where people were very proud about the fact that price of fuel was cheaper than the price of bottled water.
Conditions have become so desperate that people in the United Kingdom are opting for red diesel Milton Keynes instead of standard fuel. Of course, this is prohibited and is only going to cause long term damage to the engine and one’s reputation as a driver.
Instead, it makes sense to check out vehicles like the Fiat 500. This may not be the best vehicle in the world but it certainly ranks very high in terms of fuel efficiency. A single gallon of fuel will run for more than 35 miles. This is far higher than what so called quality car manufacturers in the world claim to offer.
The manufacturer is hoping that this fuel efficiency rating which is better than all other vehicles in the market will help improve overall brand name and goodwill of Fiat in the American market. If that happens, it will be the beginning of a tripartite fight between Japanese, American and European car manufacturers for supremacy in the American market.
